The last couple of days I have been busy cleaning in the house and I have found in the process an old paper. This paper would be about ten years old and I took a few minutes out just to see what the news was about ten years ago. As I went through the process of looking at the paper I was reminded of the words of the Old King of long ago. There is nothing new under the sun! How true those words are. In reading through the arguments of the day I see that the topics have not changed that much with the passing of time. The government is still wanting more money and the different groups are saying otherwise. There are the comic's with the one liner's that make you laugh and yet it all sounds very familiar. How true it is that there is nothing under the sun.
And yet while we may make that comment the fact remains that there something that while it may not be new, yet it may be new for you. Have you ever considered the fact that you are loved? That you are loved very much. Now you may say that you know that already. And yes, you may be right. But have you ever stopped and thought for a moment about the One who made you and put the world into place. That He also loves you and that He wants to see you in His kingdom. Old news! Maybe it is old news but when was the last time that you gave it some thought? So why not give your heart and time to the One who loves you and in the process, make some time for Him each day.
