What's in a name
What does it say
What secrets does it show
What stories does it blow
But it's just a name
And there is no shame
For there's no one to blame
But then I do remember
That it is my name.
Reputation is real
We say we are the deal
That what you do see
Is what you do get
But no matter the tale
No matter the wail
If the truth finds you out
Then the case is done
And it is your name.
Then we ponder His name
A good name it is
So noble and pure
So good and so true
It is given to all
A gift for the soul
And we can take His name
And make it our own
Yes…make it our own….this day.
