What a thought! But what is the meaning of the title?
To answer that question I will have to take you back in time to when we had the other two cats, Marlin and Salmon.
They were both very interested in the things around them and sometimes that would get them into trouble. And such was the case in what I am talking about this time. Marlin was one for jumping into the bath from time to time and that was fine as the bath was always empty when he would do it. And I guess that it would never occur to him that it could be any other way. And then one day it all happened and went wrong. For some reason the bath had not been emptied and so there it was with water in it. And Marlin came along and jumped into the bath only to find that there was water in it. I remember hearing one squawk of protest from the cat and then he came out of the bathroom feeling rather deflated in his heart and feelings. After that he would always look before he would leap into that bath.
So what can I learn from this? That maybe we also need to consider the possible results of our actions before we act.
