When taking a trip up country I was able to appreciate anew the wonders of the things that are made by our creator. How it is amazing to watch the gliding of the Eagle and to appreciate that we can not really come close to what they do.
I was watching one that was gliding in circles and going upwards on the currents of the wind. Always in total control and not fussed in any way. This is what you have to call flying at its best. And when you stop and think for a moment about the different types of birds that are around and the different colours, then what a wonderful God we really do have.
Thinking back to our days in Mildura I remember walking along the Murray river and watching the Pelicans as they would glide just above the water by a couple of centimetres. It was so special to watch. I am sure that I would never have such control that we saw there on that river. Yet for them it all came so naturally.
So what is the message for us all this day. Take a look at nature. She is speaking so loud to us, if we will only listen to her. God is real. God is love. And just as God loves all of nature, so He also loves you and me.
