It is interesting to watch the cats and the reaction that they have to things that happen in their lives. This was the case with the grey cat today. I usually watch him when I take him out for a run. But today when I was about to take him out I had to put the hose on and water naturally came out of the hose. For the cat this was not an easy thing to deal with. Apart from the fact that cats do not like water he wanted the extra safety of having me there with him.
With me there beside him he felt safe. He knew that he was in a safe place and that it would all go well for him. In thinking about this a little later I wonder as to how many of us can relate to this fact. That we all like to feel safe. We want to be safe. And for us all the safest place is with the One who made us all each one.
