It is interesting to take in the tennis and to enjoy some of the matches. To watch those young people who are coming up and to also watch those who have experience and to see how they are going in their sport. It is interesting to take in the history of those who you hear about and to appreciate what they do to be at the top of their sport.
When you look into the top players it is amazing as to how much effort they put into being at the top of their game. The fitness that is required and the amount of time they would spend in a gym to be at peek fitness. But as I take it all in what I also see is dedication and the determination so that they can have the best results possible.
But then I am reminded of what we read in the Bible. That for us to be in heaven will require that we are willing to do our best. That we are asked to be dedicated to the One who alone knows the future. That we are willing to give to Him our hearts and that He can have full control of our lives each and every day. Now a question for you to consider…..are you that willing?
