I could not help but notice that there was a special young couple visiting down under. And what joy it brought to our land. There was people lining up to see them and you could see on the T.V. that there were many people who were very happy. It would have been a wonderful time for them all. It brings back memories of when I was very young and with my family we also went down to see the Queen and members of the Royal family. It was such a special time and it was one that I have never forgotten. For those people who were there to see the young couple I am sure that this is a day that will bring for them many happy memories which they will treasure for many years to come.
But as I think about this event I cannot help but think of an event that is still up ahead. An event that will bring with it much excitement. And what excitement it will be. It will be a time of happy sounds for many souls. It will be a time of rejoicing for on that day we will see the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. It will be an event that no one will be able to miss. All will know that it is happening.
And as I take in the thought of that great day that is up ahead, I have a question for you to consider. Are you looking forward to that event? Will you be ready for when that day takes place? Remember that you are invited to be a part of it and you can be, if you so desire, but the final decision will be up to you. The One above you will never force and by the way you live will determine as to whether He will allow you to be a part of it or not.
