It is interesting to watch the cats at times. The way in which they see the world and the way in which they react to things. This was brought home to me this day yet again. There I was sitting in the lounge and all appeared to be quiet. And it was quiet. But there was a movement and I am not sure what it was but the cats were both by the side window and they were looking out that window.
What did they see? I am not sure but I know that they were looking with interest. And looking out at the thing that had their attention I knew that if they were able to get out, that whatever was out there would find itself to be in trouble very quickly. I am reminded of the fact that there is good in having boundaries. Just as it is good for the side window to keep the creature out who are on the outside, so it is good to keep the cats in as well.
What about us? Do we have boundaries around us as well? I am sure that the answer is yes. There are boundaries, and for our own sake and for the sake of others, how it would be good if we would all respect the boundaries that are there. In fact what a different world it would be if we would all do that. Respect the boundaries that we live in and have respect for the others that live around us.
